Coat thicknesses
Thin” model:
A calfskin in the Thin version wrapped on a steam-bent beechwood hoop. This is ideal as a batter head for snare drums and tom-toms. Convinces with a dynamic, open and full sound. It also works very well as a resonance head on tom-toms in combination with the Thin and Medium models as a batter head.
Medium” model:
A medium calfskin wrapped on a steam-bent beechwood hoop. This is a tad stronger than the Thin model and is therefore suitable as a batter head for snare drums and tom-toms if you prefer a punchier sound. Nevertheless, it impresses with its dynamics, openness and full sound. As a batter head on tom-toms in combination with the Thin model as a resonance head, these two make a good team.

This fits all modern drums.
The custom version:
All sizes up to 28″ are available in the online store. Metric dimensions, oversizes or custom-made products are also no problem. In this case, please contact us before ordering and we will find a suitable solution.
